Private one-on-one sessions offer individualized meditation and nervous system regulation training rooted in classical Tantra and modern psychological understanding.

These sessions are designed for people who feel overstimulated, mentally overactive, stressed, or chronically “on,” and who want grounded, structured support developing steadiness and clarity.

What is nervous system training?

Nervous system training is a practical approach to meditation and yoga that focuses on regulation rather than intensity.

Instead of pushing performance, sessions emphasize:

The goal is sustainable inner steadiness — not suppression, not catharsis, not escape.

Classical Tantra framework

This work is informed by classical Tantra meditation practices rooted in mantra, embodied awareness, and inward attention.

Here, “Tantra” refers to classical yogic contemplative training — not sexuality-focused or intimacy-based interpretations often associated with the term.

Practices may include:

  • mantra-based meditation

  • breath regulation (pranayama)

  • attention training

  • pratyahara (gentle inward turning)

  • working skillfully with thoughts
